Did 5 rounds jog at the lake this evening after 2 days of squash where I lost on both days to a 22 year old boy. Now I realise that age is a factor. Not to mention the recovery period of at least 8 hrs. So, can only work out during holiday or weekends. Furthermore, at the end of each work day I cant afford to do any work out,so tired!

Everytime, I start or end my work out I was determine to do it everyday but some how it never happen. No decipline, tired or whatever can be the reason or excuse.

The food consumption is not helping too. Some how everything taste good.

Guess, I am to be as it is as long as no increase in weight or size. Reduce, neah! its not working.
