This is my 12th year living in Kelana Jaya. I will spent at a minimum one day in a week either jog or brisk walk around the lake, be it sometime in the morning or evening.
In 12 years I have come across 3 times with snakes, cobra, I think, would not know whether its a king, queen, prince or princess. i will wait a distance until the snake has passed thru. The last encounter was 2 weeks a ago.
Once, I came across 2 lizards of maybe 4-6 feet in length. That time I could not stop bu managed to jump across the 2 lizards.
Many times I have across of dead fishes, filthy smell og the drains and also people fishing. I noticed that these people were mainly foreigner ie non Malaysian. I thought to fish one would require permission or may be license. Seems like nobody care. There were times that the penguatkuasa did their rounds but nothing happen.
There are now upgrading works onto the jogging track but it has been sometimes. Dont know when it will be ready.
As a frequent visitor and Kelana Jaya resident (may be for sometime, cant go anywhere), I wish that the authority can do something.
